Nordera Holding Ltd is registered in Malta and maintains an active international investment portfolio. We are not a fund, an accelerator, or an advisory firm. We are a holding group that deploys its own capital and takes direct positions in the businesses and partnerships we enter.

Our legal base in Malta provides a credible EU jurisdiction — one that combines regulatory stability, access to European capital markets, and a practical framework for cross-border transactions. Our operational reach extends across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and other markets where we have established relationships.

We maintain a small, focused portfolio. The number of active engagements at any given time is deliberately limited. This allows us to commit our full attention to each relationship — not as occasional advisors, but as present and accountable partners.
