The level of involvement we provide to each partner requires genuine availability and attention. That availability can only be maintained if the number of concurrent engagements is controlled.

Initial Assessment
We review every inbound opportunity against our investment criteria: sector relevance, geographic scope, stage of development, and the nature of the value-creation opportunity. We communicate our assessment clearly and promptly — including when we decide not to proceed. We do not leave counterparties without a response.
Due Diligence
We conduct independent, comprehensive diligence across financial, operational, legal, and commercial dimensions. We do not rely solely on materials prepared by the counterparty. We form our own views through our own analysis. This process is conducted with full discretion and professionalism on both sides.
Structuring
We design the terms and structure of each engagement to reflect the specific requirements of the situation. The form of our involvement — equity, structured capital, operational partnership, or a combination — is determined by what the situation requires, not by a preferred template. All terms are documented formally and in full.
Active Partnership
Following completion, we remain actively engaged. We participate in governance where appropriate, support strategic decisions, assist with capital introductions, and deploy our network when doing so creates value. We respect the operational autonomy of our partners and engage at the level that is genuinely useful.
